It’s become a tried and true mantra for me that any place with sun and sea is a guaranteed vacation. My recent stay in Nha Trang proved this beautiful beach city to be all that, and beyond.
Nestled in along the coast of Vietnam, Nha Trang is an absolute dream come true. My best friend Autumn and I spent so many days basking in the gentle sun, watching the rapid waves crash in the vast and endless sea. Time seemed to glide, as our toes got sandy and our beachy hair became saltier by the minute. Coming from Ho Chi Minh city, Nha Trang was a refreshing break from the city’s smog. Here, the air smells crisp and the vibe was just so SERENE.
I loved our stay at the Vinpearl Long Beach Villas in Nha Trang. If your group is large enough, the spacious 3 bedroom villa comes with its own gorgeous pool that is just so gram-worthy! Staying here also gives you access to Vinpearl’s private stretch of beach so you can relax peacefully. During our time here, I couldn’t think of a single thing that would have made it better. We were present, happy, laughing, and beaming under the winter sun (it was 80-90 degrees in February!).

After our stay at the secluded Vinpearl Villas, we took the hotel’s complementary shuttle service into the city center of Nha Trang and ended our trip with a lovely stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang with lovely views. Standing on our balcony, we had a gorgeous ocean view to the left, and a full bright and white city view to the right. We couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous scenery than what we got here at the Sheraton Nha Trang.

We were only a few steps from the beach, and I loved that the beach folk were already up and about at 6AM when the sun came up. Walking along the beach is a must, and The Sheraton is also close to local happy hour and eateries.
If you’re looking for a nice getaway in a peaceful, yet so luxurious beach town - Nha Trang would be your perfect destination. A 10-25 hour plane ride from the US, promise me your first mission after deplaning in Nha Trang is finding a fresh coconut to sip on to get your first taste of tropical paradise.
